2. Elders care and development

Specific objectives

To Provide integrated holistic care for elder people
To help an individual live as conformable, safely and independently as possible
To enhance functional capacity of elder people
Goal: -To help an individual live as conformable, safely and independently as possible
through holistic approach with involvement of stakeholders

3.Youth care and development

Specific objectives of Youth development and care
To teach and train to understand their environment
To decrease risky activities in youth
To decrease HIV/STD, unwanted pregnancy and early marriage
To increase involvement youth in extracurricular activity like volunteerism and other community
change programs
To support young women and men to be productive and economically empowered so as to contribute
To the development of their societies
To support youth to be engaged and responsible, in order to embody and embrace leadership
Goal 1: -To improve multifaceted competence of youth that empower them for future
change

Goal 2: -to promote productivity and economic empowerment through integration of
multiple strategy in collaboration with partners

Goal 3: -to enhance engagement of youth in sustainable development through integration of
multiple strategy in collaboration with partners

4.Children care and development

Specific objectives of Child development and care

To improve safe guarding of children from different kinds of abuse, neglect, and address the

problems related with child development.
To enhance the role of parents or guardians in the improvement of care and development of children
in their early ages.
To enhance the development of the child through improving the nutrition, hygiene & sanitation,
education and health status.
To improve the academic performance of low achiever students to enhance creativity and talent.
To improve access to quality education for marginalized and disadvantaged children.
To improve the hygiene & sanitation, and health status of target school children.
To enhance the five pillars of star school model (parents & community involvement, learning
environment, learning & teaching, innovation & integration, education leadership & management).
To prevent children beggars
To achieve these objectives the following two goals and appropriate strategies are developed.

Goal 1:-To enhance the well-being of the targeted children through holistic Early Childhood
Care and Development support

Goal 2:-To promote the comprehensive growth & developmental needs of disadvantaged
children through holistic educational support.

5.Disabled people care and development

Specific objectives

To reduce stigma and discrimination of people with disabilities
To Provide integrated holistic treatment for people with disabilities
To Ensure that educational opportunities are both available and accessible for people with
disabilities
To Include people with people with disabilities in income‐generating programmes

Goal: -To enhance empowerment of people with disabilities through holistic
approach with involvement of stakeholders

6. Psychiatric patients care and development

Specific objectives

To reduce stigma and discrimination of people with mental and psycho-social disabilities
To decrease physical and sexual abuse of people with mental and psycho-social disabilities
To Provide integrated mental and physical treatment for people with mental and psycho-social
disabilities
To Include mental health issues within social services development.
To Ensure that educational opportunities are both available and accessible, and that social barriers
that might prevent children with mental and psycho-social disabilities from attending school are
removed.
To Include people with mental health conditions in income‐generating programmes

Goal: -To promote health of people with mental and psycho-social disabilities through holistic approach with involvement of stakeholders
